The Box

It's a pretty standard anime style box, featuring a really cute girl giving you a glimpse of her panties. As expected of maccos! She seems to be standing on a literal road to a uterus that's in front of some mountains - or maybe volcanos? Unfortunately we'll probably never know since as far as I can tell, there doesn't seem to be any specific theming, lore, or backstory to the girl on the cover. There's a bunch of other uterus themed imagery and text all throughout the box. Anyways, here's some pictures:

The box has standard information about the hole - including its size and weight. It's pretty hefty at 870 grams! The box is missing information about the tunnel length specifically, so I had to guess based on the diagram detailing the tunnel.

There's several pictures of the tunnel itself, showing you the four images of what the hole looks like inside, and what parts you'll likely end up feeling the most. But more importantly, there's a QR code on the back that actually takes you to a video of what the internals look like! No better way to view the tunnel than an x-ray video right? This is a super nice touch that I wish other companies did as well.

The Contents

The first thing I noticed is the box is very rigid and noticeably thicker than your average box - it's built to last. It opens with a tab from the top that lets you easily shut it tightly after reopening. The inner flaps give you a full unobstructed view of the anime girl on the front, along with some promotional information about maccos.

The contents are standard: the onahole and lube. Here's some pictures:

The lube is 10ml of maccos branded lube which is a bit more on the liquid side. 10ml is probably enough to have a go twice if you're able to a bit conservative with the lube usage.

The onahole comes in a nice large molded plastic shell with a cover on top, which is great from protecting the onahole from getting deformed - much better than those holes that come in flimsy plastic bags. It also helps prevent any oil from the hole from leeching into the box itself.

Overall, very good box quality. Let's see how the onahole itself fares!

Onahole: Appearance

Here's some pictures of the outside of the onahole:

It's a nice looking onahole that aims to represent a small torso down to the butt. The torso is nicely shaped to accentuate the belly and pelvis: there's some height near the upper edges which I assume is meant to represent the rib cage, and some height on the pelvis to bring more focus on the vagina. These features combined together helps bring attention to the slim belly and makes it look extra cute.

The toy's backside also has a small butt. Not very prominent, but enough to be noticeable. The back is also slightly shaped to look like its somewhat arched, but realistically you're not going to notice that.

The opening to the vagina itself is lackluster in comparison though. There are no real vagina lips or structure - it's just a slit with a hole in it that seems to already be flaking a tiny bit. Though for what it's worth, the flaking hasn't seemed to have gotten worse after multiple uses, so it should be fine.

The skin of the onahole has the right amount of softness, making it nice to squeeze but firm enough to keep its shape and bounce back quickly. This also allows for a nice butt jiggle if you shake or slap it (gently of course). The hefty weight paired with the softness does make it a bit more difficult to get a good grip, but it's very far from being unbearably melty soft - and is probably the best you can do with a toy this heavy without a internal skeleton for support.

Onahole: Insides

Here's a picture of the inside cross-section provided on the box, as well as a video recording found by scanning the QR code on the box!

The overall tunnel length is also around 150mm, which is decently large for onahole standards. The opening is fairly narrow and has a bunch of winding ridges all around. The tunnel itself curves a bit and back as well, likely to mimic a g-spot. After that, you reach the O shaped entrance that represents the cervix - which also has some space to the side of it as well, before then entering the womb. The cervix hole itself seems relatively large, much bigger than the hole into the toy itself, so shouldn't be an issue getting in.

As for the womb itself, its fairly large - which means it might provide strong suction. It seems to have tiny ridges throughout, as well as a nub at the very end from all the ridges spiraling out. The ridges are fairly tiny so its unlikely you'll feel them. It also has some tiny bumps to provide added stimulation to the head, but as shown in the video, those bumps are really small, so it's unlikely you'll actually feel them. Nothing special around the cervix either, seems like a standard hole without any additional texture.

Onahole: Usage

Let's see how this toy fares in action - in terms of tunnel sensation, outside feel, cleaning, and durability.

Textures & Sensations

First thing I noticed: for a uterus toy, there is unfortunately barely any cervix penetration sensation when you pop into the womb - likely because of how big and soft the cervix ring entrance is. This is definitely quite disappointing for a toy that's supposed to be focused on the uterus. At least the size makes it easy to go in, but what's the point if you can't feel yourself going in?

However, it does make up for that with strong suction due to the large womb - you just need to make sure you're using the toy correctly by forcing all the air out before entering, and using minimal lube if possible - which often means you'll have to go slowly for the best effect. If done correctly, the suction is amazing as it clings onto your member tightly, refusing to let go as you move back and forth slightly. The suction noise though is pretty loud, but that's expected in toys with strong suction. Besides the suction, the large size of the womb also makes it feel very good to do a forceful final push to hit the very depths of the toy as you finish.

The rest of the textures are pretty good, but not amazing. The small entrance provides a stimulating tight sensation around your member without choking it completely. Although it's a dual layer toy, the insides are fairly soft - meaning that the textures will be hard to feel unless you use less (or a thinner) lube. I'd recommend going slowly with the toy and focus on the sensations - if you go fast, you'll likely feel nothing. With that in mind, the spiraling ridges are tight and noticeably stimulating when not going all the way in - otherwise, the suction takes focus over the rest of the textures.

Grip & Appearance

The substantial weight and softness to the toy makes it satisfying to grip tightly as you use it. The toy seems firm and durable enough to bounce back from any tight gripping you've done - so long as it wasn't excessive. It's also large enough to comfortably use while lying the toy on some surface, and moving your body instead of your hand.

If you position your member properly, the slightly lowered belly makes it easier than other toys to see some stomach deformation happen as your member slides in and out - or press onto the belly for extra tightness and stimulation. Good bonus if that's something you're into.

Cleaning & Durability

The toy is pretty easy to clean unlike other uterus toys - likely because the cervix hole is so large that it's actually easy to get into and clean the womb unlike other uterus toys. It's easy to spread the toy's hole and flush the whole thing out with water without damaging anything since the hole is quite flexible. Given the suction,  it's also surprisingly not too loud to clean

The toy also seems quite durable. I've used and clean mine multiple times and it doesn't actually show much sign of wear or tear - which is surprising given how the toy is dual layer and on the soft side. The skin also hasn't needed re-powdering since purchase - maccos must be doing some magic with their skin to keep it from getting sticky quickly unlike the other toys!

Summary

Picture of girl on Road of Uterus onahole
Seems like her "road into uterus" is well used, but the rest is great!

The Road of Uterus onahole is not a toy that focuses on the "Road into Uterus" (cervix), but all other aspects of the toy are nice and stimulating. The entrance is tight, the tunnel is nice and stimulating, and the uterus provides strong suction. Everything works together quite well, making for a satisfying journey.

For $55, the toy is a bit expensive, but its justifiable given its large size, hefty weight, and durability. As long as you don't mind a lackluster cervix penetration sensation (for being advertised as a uterus gimmick toy) and are looking for a toy to enjoy slowly, then you can't go wrong here.
